Tooti is our head honcho and lead stylist. With a passion for the creative combined with the logistical, Tooti founded Events to a T in 2012. Tooti’s main focus when creating events is the client experience – so belly laughs at meetings are not only encouraged but required. Her love of her business, clients and attention to detail means that you can trust she’s involved with your function at every point. There is a lot of sweat and a lot of heart that goes into each function.
Shayna has a background in event logistics and catering. It’s no surprise that she is Events to a T’s logistics queen and loves nothing more than following up all your suppliers for a good chat and confirmation of your events specifics. Shayna will be onsite as long as it takes to get the job completed. Shayna once spent 22 hours onsite, backed up by another 3 events the following 3 days. Shayna is a night owl so you may receive emails from her pretty late at night – it’s when she does her best thinking!
Chelsea joined our team like a breath of fresh air and with some killer design skills. She is our styling mood board creator and loves a good chat about design and decor. Her dedication to getting the job done was encapsulated when she broke her knee while setting up an ETAT event, and when our back up team arrived, Chelsea was found sitting, with her knee under ice in the middle of the dancefloor, directing furniture deliveries and prepping signage to be installed. She is unstoppable.
