So here’s the scoop… we’re the little secret to planning your special event you’re going to want to tell your friends about. We make your planning process so enjoyable and easy, you’ll be the host or hostess with the most or most-ess while the details are in safe hands.

This package is all of the above, with sprinkles on top! We will guide you through the planning process from the beginning, through the vendor selections, execution on event day, until the last chair is packed away.

Customised run sheet / timeline

  • For suppliers and key attendees (we keep everyone in their place!)

Bump-in and Out

  • ETAT staff to set up and pack down your function (First in, last out)

Coordination and management of all aspects of your event day

STYLING PACKAGE

For those who have the planning sorted and just need help with the sprinkles, this package is for you. 

Our styling package will ensure your perfect day looks even more perfect and means that you and your guests get to enjoy it without worrying about managing decor supplier deliveries whilst you get ready and make sure you’re lookin’ gooooooood.

Package inclusions:

Initial extended consultation

  • Brainstorm to create the look for your function space, and creation of a tailored design for you that marries with your inspiration and your budget

Consultations

  • Up to 4 face-to-face consultations
  • Phone and email communication with expert styling tips and tricks

Budget planning and advice

  • We will create a decor budget that clearly outlines all supplier costs for you

Moodboard

  • Creation of event aesthetic, including personalised moodboard with floor plan to help you visualise your event

Decor supplier / vendor selection negotiation and management

  • Access to ETAT’s preferred suppliers

Bump-in and Out

  • 2 x Events to a T stylists managing deliveries of decor, creating and placing your all elements as well as pack down and removal of all items at the end of your function.
